Senior HR Executive - (night Shift - EST Timezone)


    • Minimum 7+ yrs. experience in Generalist HR in Employee Engagement & Employee Relation.
    • Experience of effectively working / managing relationships with Senior Operational teams, Clients and the Planning team and ability to communicate at all levels
    • Must have experience in Reward and Recognition, Compensation and benefits, Employment laws etc.
    • Experience working in Night-Shift (US Timings) is good to have.
    • Maintains and enhances the organizations HR by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and programs, and practices.
    • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
    • Effectively works on employee engagement initiatives and proactively initiates for better and prolonged employee retention and attrition management
    • Works on employee benefit schemes and proposes new alternatives for increased employee satisfaction.
    • Involved in team building activities with the teams.
    • Understands, formulates and plans employee developmental strategies at various levels and implements them effectively.
    • Should be self-motivated and take ownership of the events/campaigns.
    • Good communication skills.
