What is the opportunity
As HR Generalist, you would be responsible for being the HR point of contact for one of the Zafin Software Centre of Excellence.You will manage repeatable HR processes and HR service requests within the agreed upon deadlines, with a focus on accuracy and quality
What will you do
Manage administration of complete employee life-cycle including on-boarding, off-boarding, HR-related intranet maintenance, background verification of new joiners, relocation and day to day HR operations.
Manage Joining formalities and new hire induction.
Deal with HR service requests and respond on timely manner.
Employee database / HRIS administration.
Benefits administration including health insurance, employee wellness etc.
Responsible for ensuring statutory compliance and managing HR audit requirements.
Provide a broad range of administrative services to our Talent Acquisition team, HR partners and leadership including support for data/reporting.
Managing training requests and schedules as per the business requirement. Support in employee engagement activities for the centre.
Handling all employee inquiries & grievances on HR policies and procedures.
Coordinates employee recognition programs and events.
Initiating the exit process and conducting relieving formalities.
Responsible for accurate timely, quality inputs of the payroll -data to finance department for the successful delivery of Monthly Payroll.
Support in any HR Project rollout for the centre.
What do you need to succeed
Dynamic, organized, self-starter who can fit into a collaborative, result-oriented environment.
5+ years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience.
Exposure to working in a multinational company (preferably in Hitech/Software/Analytics business).
Exposure to working in automated HRIS and MS office tools.
