Job Title : Regional Investment Counselor
Grade : E2/E3

Job Role :
- To be an extension of the wealth Products team in the region and help RBH and RM in achieving MF targets by monitoring, strategizing and implementing the key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Effective implementation of wealth Strategy around defined objectives of RBH/RM
- Define strategy in line with product/ research guidance
- Ensure monthly review of the strategy and implementation is done with each RBH/RM
- Sharing of research report with RBH/RM
- Monthly review of wealth in region with RH
RBH /RM Calling and Visits :
- Visit 4 RBH and their teams every week and cover all RBHs/ RMs every month
- Conversion target for RBH/ IC to be 5 /RM/month
- Meeting with Cluster/Circle/Zonal Heads once every fortnight
- Visit RBH/RH to understand/identify ground reality and provide feedback to RH /respective product teams
Marketing and Training :
- Ensuring Lead generation through sales promotion and marketing support in consultation with vendor, channel & marketing teams
- Formulate a monthly calendar of Training programmes and ensure implementation of the same
- Conceptualise, launch and track Team building activities/exercises in line with the Business requirements
- Escalate to Product Heads / RH wherever required
- Organize customer meetings
Vendor Management :
- Meeting / strategizing and supporting RBH/RM through vendor support.
- Ensure activity calendars are implemented for wealth product as designed by RH
- Driving bottom quartile RBH/ RM to ensure they achieve targets monthly
- Ensure bottom quartile RBH/RMs are identified on numbers and guidance through product/RH
- Ensure solutions are offered for bottom quartile RBH/RMs and they are implemented
Compliance :
- Ensure to impart adequate Product/Sales skills training to Staff of every branch in the region to ensure Right-Sell approach
- Ensure to conduct AMFI training so that the RBH/RM are compliant to regulatory requirement, including EUIN
- Monitor complaints raised in CRM/Grievance/MD-complaints and ensure to provide resolution within defined TATs by working with the RBH/RM
- Track and monitor the deviant transactions not adhering to Banks internal guidelines identified by Product teams and ensure that proper feedback is provided to RH by working with the concerned branches/staff
Operations :
- Monitoring internal processes as laid down by the products team and giving feedback to the central team for improvement
- Control e-Schedule rejection and ensure TATs on submission of e-Schedule
- Co-ordinate with TPP Ops to ensure sourced business gets converted and income/MIS credit be provided to the concerned RM
- Provide accurate MIS to the Region on wealth Products
- Tracking of the customer base
50% of the time on Business, 20% of the time on Reporting & 30% of the time on initiatives
Key Performance Indicators :
- RBH/RM Target Vs Ach, % AUM Growth
- Prospect Generation activities to be conducted as per Management mandate
- Compliance, AMFI & ARN/EUIN status
- RBH/RM Visits and calling objectives to be met
- Under performing RBH/RM to be less than 20%
