Troubleshooting of electronic products for a leading brand name.
Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

Provide Support in inbound call center.

B2C collections with monthly incentives.
Review accounts and call on offended customers.
Receive phone calls to collect / resolve offended customer queries.
Shift Window: 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. (US Shift) , 12 noon - 12 pm (UK Shifts)
