Required Technical Skills (Mandatory):
- Total 3 - 7 Years- experience and 1-3 years of hands-on experience with HP Quality Center administration.
- Experience with installation and upgrade of ALM on windows server environment.
- Experience with developing templates, customized report and QC workflows.
- Experience with SQL Query on SQL server.
- Experience with working in a large enterprise environment and interfacing with multi cross functional teams.
- Experience with production support.
- Good communication skills, needs to be able to handle users when they are not at their best.
- Self-starter, Good organization skills, flexible schedule needed to address global team issues.
- BS-Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical curriculum
