Salary - 45k to 80k per month

Role: Civil Engineer, Project Manager, Site Engineer

Duties and responsibilities

Audit
-Conduct audits of identified potential properties against predetermined standards and submit feasibility report
-Devise accurate cost and service estimates for converting audited property and propose realistic timelines for the same, basis audited condition
-Plan for optimal inventory and delivery timelines of goods and services for launching properties
as per estimate Go-live dates in the most cost-effective manner

Operations and Cost Optimization
-Ensure all property launches are achieved in a time bound and cost effective manner
-Place orders as per planned inventory with the VM team and coordinate for timely deliveries
-Regularly monitoring and prioritizing PMC activities to meet stringent go-live timelines
