Job Description:

  • Experience and good knowledge in Windows and Unix based applications / Windows & Unix Systems knowledge & IIS
  • Experience working in Control M or similar level of tool for Job Processing
  • Experience working in Windows Scheduler
  • Oracle, SQL
  • IBM HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat
  • Good experience in Unix Scripting and Unix Production support knowledge
  • Good Knowledge in web server/app server architecture
  • Knowledge in supporting Windows and Unix based applications
  • Provide support to applications hosted in Websphere
  • Application Change assessment and validation during change windows
  • Analyze Application logs, troubleshoot issues, determine action and ensure Application Environments work smoothly
  • Create support documentation to reduce mean time to resolve
  • Support to Incident, Problem, Change and Request Tickets
  • Provide support to ensure Quality and Stable Environments to our clients
  • Online and Batch support
  • Flexibility and Availability to work for Production support during early morning / late eve/night hours and weekends
  • 24X7 team, needs to work in 1st, 2nd & Night Shift in IST timings
  • Datastage Support/ Dev background is desirable
  • Should able to join in less than 30 days
