bExperience Preferredb Having FMCG sales experience of at least one to two years
bAge Preferredb 23 28 years

1 Distribution Management in the assigned territory for the assigned business line
2 To handle distributor issues and to certify claims
3 Achieve sales targets territory wise and product wise
4 Ensure distribution process for the assigned territory and achieve distribution parameters like retail penetration visibility etc by guiding distributors salesman
5 Management of sales promotion and other activities in coordination with distributoragencies
6 Appointment of distributors for distribution expansionreplacement as required
7 Implementation of Distributor Management System package ADMS at Distributors and review
bCompensationb
CTC Rs430 pa plus Performance Pay
