Issuance and Cancellation of Demand Drafts. Processing RTGS and NEFT in the cash Counters. Account closures received from the customers (savings and current accounts) also done across the counters. Passing currency conversion entries through e-branch, India FX and Psgl posting. Handling Combo pack Key responsibilities as well as EOD activities (cash tally, preparing EOD cash balance sheet and writing cash movement and cash balance registers). Almost learned and doing all activities across the counters. Resolving customer compliant.
