LOCATION - BANNERGHATTA ROAD (OPP TO JAYDEVA HOSPITAL)

QUALIFICATION: Freshers in BE in computers science/ information science, freshers in B –TECH in computer science / information science, BCA – fresher, (UNDERGRADUATE is also fine but with strong technical knowledge and minimum 6 months of experience in BPO is required)

JOB PROFILE – TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR MICROSOFT OPERATING SYSTEM (WINDOWS)

SKILLS - Should have very good communication (mandatory), should have strong knowledge in LAN/WAN/MAN/NETWORKING

NOTE: ONLY FRESHERS

Responsibilities:

1.Troubleshooting, resolving all technical issues related to our software and the range of products and services it provisions

2. Interacting with clients via. live chat, web-based systems, online forums and telephone to resolve their problems and gather feedback

General Requirements:

1. Experience: 0-2 years in Customer Service or similar capacity, preferably on an BPO platform

2. Educational Qualifications: Graduate from any stream or. Any Engineering or BSc (IT or Computers) preferred

3. Undergraduates is with minimum 6 months experience in BPO with strong communication

Tech knowledge required:

* Networking and DNS basics

* Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Operating Systems/Hardware/ Softwares

* Basic knowledge of Web and Email servers

* Configuration and troubleshooting mail clients using IMAP/POP/SMTP

* Domain name system (DNS)

* Domain names and domain name registration

* Web Hosting

* Simple Database functions like Backup/Restore

* Email Solutions
