We Offer

Define and deliver an effective service on-boarding/off-boarding governance and process.

Excellent in data analytics for products to drive efficiencies and opportunities for Operations

Thorough Knowledge of Operations to understand impact of onboarding Products and driving review meeting with Owners and Partners

Find opportunities from data and incidents to highlight automation opportunities to reduce demand of non-strategic products and incidents from the service.

Baseline financial and resource implications across the different service areas.

Understand future business demand and impact to financial and resource costs.

Build and maintain a support service partner map.

Define and deliver appropriate service reviews.

Define and maintain Service Level Dreams across all channels of support.

Define and maintain Service Level Dreams across all support tiers.

Deliver and maintain a Service Catalogue and Support Tier Membership

Maintain a Customer Mgmt Tool to track partner feedback across our support services

Opportunity to work across process setting with various functions like Cognitive and Digital, Operations, Costing, Service tiers etc

Establish service reviews with Service and App owners (Security, Teamwork, Productivity) to review existing demand, quality of support and forecast future demand

Review opportunities to improve service efficiency i.e. Non-strategic products, automation opportunities

Defining clear on-boarding and off-boarding process and ensuring service catalog represents clear representation of the organizations services that are being offered.

You Offer

You possess degree in, Computer Science or equivalent

You have minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery Management

You are self-starter, ability to lead and drive initiatives from concept to execution

You have strong communication in oral/written supplemented by strong presentation skills

Strong MS Office skills, with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge on financial / budgeting processes

You have positive relationship management and partner focus skills

You have the ability to enforce global policies, handle customer issues

You are focus on high quality delivery and continuous improvement of systems and processes

You have quick grasping and deep understanding of structural flows and ability to articulate effectively in senior management forums.

You have previous working experience in Investment Banking environment is preferable.
