Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities

Accountability: Accountable for managing the Volume to Mid-level recruitment function for Supply Chain division from search, selection, assessment and onboarding activities. Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in workforce planning and execution of the Recruitment process. Team Building across the Zone. Building the capacity of external partners. Define Career Growth & succession planning within the team.

Market Intelligence: Build and Strengthen the market research, pipeline building activities, proactive engagement process with active and passive candidate pool. Establish a definite Source Mix across Zone focussing on the Cost-Free Model of Hiring.

Customer First: Working to Zonal HR Head closely to create a world class Recruitment Culture & implement the same across the Zone to create a WOW Experience. Work Closely with Zonal HR Head in terms of designing of new process & creating a robust TA Process to create a better stakeholder & candidate experience.

Ownership: Design, Review and build a Recruiting framework for volume to mid-level recruitment function. Focussing on the Quality of Hire across the Zone. Ensure all employees are being hired as per the defined process & JD.

- Drive definition and implementation of various Recruiting processes like - demand forecasting & management, Sourcing strategy, negotiations, vendor management, candidate engagement processes, refinement of evaluation criteria, definition of Service level metrics etc.

Innovation: Streamlining recruitment SOP & Ensuring the same is adhered. Keeping a close tab on early attrition in the zone. Identifying the Critical Hubs & taking corrective actions to reduce the same. Ensuring that all employees hired are as the defined SOP by the Organisation. Initiating new Talent Branding exercises for the Zone to attract the right talent & create strong database.

Process Adherence: Supporting HRBP in seamless pay out of Referral Bonus for the Zone. Work Closely with Zonal HR Head in terms of designing of new process & creating a robust TA Process to create a better stakeholder & candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications -

Minimum Graduate in any discipline. Masters Degree holders will be preferred. Minimum experience of 10 years in Human Resources, with relevant experience in managing Recruitment Leadership/Executive activities.

Candidate should have prior experience of handling volume hiring. Involving diversity across business domains.

Preferred Qualifications -

- Dealing with Ambiguity, strong interpersonal skills with technology know-how

- Large Team handling exposure across regions would be added plus.

- Coming from SCM/Logistics/Service Industry background.

- Has handled large volume of manpower- both incremental and decremental demand supported, with the dynamics of high volume hiring.

- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the demography.

Working conditions

- The Sr. Manager TA will need to work from Zonal Offices & would travel as and when required across Zone, participate in Campus Hiring etc.
