      Ensure CSAT achieveme nt by providing quality delivery

 

      Support Admission Advisor by handling escalated Admission Service Custo mers

 

      Ensure all Customer Complaints are closed within SLA

 

      Optimising batch planning

 

      Manage daily operation al activities

 

      SOP compliances

 

      MIS and reporting on NAV

 

      Ensure inventory mana gement Centre & Team Management

 

      Support Regional Ma nager in ensuring talent retention.

 

      Work closely with regional operations and BD team.

 
Facility Management and Centre administration for smooth business continuity
