Job Title : Regional Key Accounts Manager
Reports to : Zonal Sales Manager
Location : Multiple Locations
- We at RB are proactively looking for Regional Key Accounts Managers for different locations across India.
- The role holder will be responsible for delivering superior sales fundamentals in select customers with national/international footprint for the Region.
- Key KPIs will be delivering NR, Market Share and managing Trade spends for the Regional Chains. He will also lead 4 P execution compliance, implementation of RB local success model in category management process of the customers.
SCOPE / DIMENSIONS OF ROLE :
- He will report to the Zonal Sales Manager directly with a dotted line reporting to Head of Modern Trade.
- Internally he will liase with internal stakeholders such as Corporate Key Accounts Team, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance and Supply.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Accountable for delivering Revenue, market share, and trade investment goals of RB within the customers of the region.
NPD Listing :
- Deliver profit story to ensure new products/initiatives of the company are packaged and aligned to the customer plans. (Making presentations to the customers on the listing of NPDs, negotiating for closure of agreement on planogram and tracking availability in the store on regular basis)
- Responsible for generating POs for NPDs
4 P Execution :
- Negotiate the annual trading terms with the customer in line with overall strategy.
- Presence : Responsible for reviewing the assortment at customer level and delisting as and when required
- Placement : Responsible for negotiating planogram agreements with customers and continuously track and review the execution of planogram.
- Responsible for tracking of assets at customer level
- Sell category development story to customers
- Promotion : Responsible for negotiations on visibility with customers by selling them the story on promotion
- Plan and evaluate customer specific promotion : Build quarterly promotional plans with the customer and cascade down the plan through the operations team.
- Responsible for listing of promotion with the customers
- Responsible for timely processing of claims from customer and follow up on receivables from customers
- Involved in negotiation of vendor agreement
Business Development :
- Conducts business review with customers, collects data from customer and analyze it and share it internally with the team for necessary actions.
- Compliance monitoring
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE :
- MBA with 2-4 years of experience in FMCG environment
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :
