JOB DESCRIPTION

International Voice Process involving interaction with our Global Clients/Customers and resolving customer issues over both Inbound/Outbound calls and Managing Data.

Shifts : ROTATIONAL SHIFTS / ROTATIONAL OFF/FIXED NIGHT SHIFTS
Designation : Associate
Experience : 0 to 4 years Experience in VOICE BPO only (looking for Immediate Joiners)
Salary : Based on your previous experience according to Industry Standards

EDUCATION CRITERIA

1.Graduates
2.Undergraduates (10+2 / 10+2+Diploma )

3.BE/B.Techs( Below 65% aggregate and with minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support BPO)

NOTE : Undergraduates / B.E / B.Tech FRESHERS and Post Graduates CANNOT APPLY

SKILLS
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to do Multi-task

*Only candidates with excellent communication skills will be shortlisted

Mandatory documents to be carried at the time of interview( 1 set of photocopy)
1. Resume
2. All Marks Cards (10th & 12th/Graduation/Post Graduation) with Provisional Degree Certificate/Convocation Certificate
