Job Description:

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Organize and run recruitment events for APs and LAs (Life Advisor)
  • Recruit APs (Agency Partner)
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of APs
  • Ensure team start getting productive quickly and start moving on LAs activation and premium
  • Help APs to recruit LAs
  • Revenue planning with APs
  • Supports LAs and APs on sales call to demonstrate
  • Help LAs and APs to login business
  • Conduct training session for LAs on their career progression
  • Conduct unit meeting and shares business opportunities  with LAs and MPs
  • Review target & performance for APs  in a periodic manner
  • Lead weekly “wake-up” team meetings
  • Manage prospecting activity in the field
  • Operate as a Product SME (Subject Matter Expert)
  • Own the operational aspects of coding of an AP

    Other Activities

  • Deal with customer queries
  • Manage persistency and renewal collection by Advisors
  • Chase “pending” requirements on submitted cases
  • Attend joint field work activity
  • Run telephone appointment sessions
  • Contact Advisors who are falling short of Contract Maintenance criteria to re-activate them or arrange training
