Job Description:

    Duties and Responsibilities - The incumbent will be responsible for :

    Managing BI , MIS activity of Credit Cards Tele calling, Front - end & GCL units . Also responsible for all Data , MIS , Employee Incentives , KRA ranking.

    Responsible for Data analysis and BI requirement for the units and liaise with the COE analytics and BI etc for support and projects.

    Managing the off roll and on role Backend team of around 2 - 3 employees.

    Liaising with RBL spokes for various activities.

    Design contest , Employee incentive plan and do time to time analysis and track progress

    Quality parameters to be defined & continuous monitoring required to adhere as per BFL requirement .

    Need to ensure hands all Review PPTs and decks are prepared within the deadlines.

    Liaising with RCM / ZCM / NCM on various team level activities

    Representing unit in important strategic meets and monthly meets and maintain MOM and delivery.

    Ensuring audit queries are complied with, ensuring corrective and preventive action.

    All adhoc work related to product, portfolio , employee from time to time provided by Head of Collection

Graduates : 3 - 4 years of hands on experience in Product team , data , BI back ground.

Required Qualifications and Experience.

For MBA , MT s mini 2 years experience in BFL and proven tack record.

Minimum education requirement is Graduate.

Knowledge of BFL products, Experience in Collection will be an added advantage.

Posses good communication skills, writing skills for Document , PPT

People Management skills( both own team management and engaging and involving other units.)

Time bound and discipline

Driving results in a high performance environment.

Ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.

Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.

Working knowledge of computers.

Not a compulsion but having SQL / SAS knowledge will be an added advantage for selection in this role beside above requirements.
