Job Description:

    . Responsible for managing the opco having approx team sixe of 10 to 30.

    Responsible for managing the area of development, data governance and production support team

    . Strategich role - Responsible for achiving the defined business growth

    . Accountable to manage the opco having complex service areas.

    . Interaction with multiple stakeholders at senior level spread across different business stream.

    . Accountable to define the short term and long term business growth.

    . Definging the implementaion framework to achieve the strategic objective.

    . Involve in budgeting cycle and make sure to achieve the cost efficiency.

    . Acountable to define the people management framework and achieving the same.

    Will have development and production support lead reporting to the Senior Manager

    Responsible for the delivery of Business Intelligence solution for Opco

    Partner in governance with local markets & deliver to agreed service level agreements

    Identify and commoditize best practices across markets

    . Responsible to different compliance like infosecurity, HSW and code of conduct.

    Transition planning, Data Governance process and Quality bench mark.

    Work on the solution delivery for new BI development, quality, MDM, Analytics task assigned to the team

    Develop a training/ up skill program and fuel career advancement forteams

    The role needs to establish strong and collaborative links with both its BI Opco and BI team catering to the Opco to ensure that high quality and timely data is made available to BI s stakeholders to improve the quality of business decision making and that issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

    Drive continuous improvement to create efficiencies/ improve products/ services

    Ensuring reports are produced to agree service levels and schedules as well as providing a high quality development service to meet the need for new reports and amendments to existing outputs.

    Set up appropriate SLA framework with VSSI and the BI of Opcos

    . Successful implementation of long term strategic vision.

    . Successfuly achieving the cost under defined budget.

    . Succesful in defining the sustaible implemenation framework.

    Successful transition of the BI activities from Opco to VSSI

    Stabilise and grow the BI service in VSSI

    On time and quality delivery of all the development task assigned to VSSI

    Demand and utilisation management

    Team mentoring and guidance

    Key stakeholder satisfaction with the BI service

    Working expirience in managing the large program having size more that 15.

    . Has managed the support and development projects simultaneously.

    Working experience on end to end BI project implementation.

    Has excellent BI service transition experience

    Has excellent working experience on the BI / DWH and DBtools and technology

    Should be well versed on multiple technology and solution

    excellent communication skills

    Ability to deal with all levels of senior Management and remain confidential at all times.

    Ability to lead and motivate large teams

    Should be able to identify the Risk well in advance and plan accordingly

    Desired

    Has good overall IT solution design experience

    Should have worked on more than one BI technology

    Good to have Analytics and its related tool tool experience
