  • Leading Life Insurance co- Customer Service - Assistant Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities: 

    Speak with customers to verify the application forms for life insurance policies.
    Update the details of the conversation in the available CRM
    Make the customer understand about the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets with the customers requirements
    Understand customers requirement in case of any discrepancy take it up with sales to resolve it.
    Coordinate with sales representatives & other departments to resolve customers queries.

    Experience required: 

    Fresher and Experienced candidates both are Welcome
    Candidate Must have Good Communication Skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu or Bengali or Malyalam

    CTC: 2.25 LPA - 3 LPA + Shift Allowances Rs 150/- Per Day + Annual Bonus or Incentives

    Work Timings: 10am-7pm / 9:30am - 6pm

    Customer Service Executive for Leading E-commerce CO in Mumbai
    Voice Inbound Process:

    Inbound Customer Service.

    Fixed Day Shifts.

    Pick & Drop Facility From Thane Station.

    Salary: 11k to 14k CTC(Freshers).

    13k to 19k CTC (Experienced, Graduates).

    Candidates walking inn should have Basic Knowledge of Insurance

     

    Banking Customer Care - Bank Payroll - 20k to 25k - Thane & Mumbai

    Graduate / Post Graduate can apply

    Fresher / Experience in BPO / Bank / Retail can apply

    Must be comfortable to resolve customer queries & issues on calls

    Must have basic computer knowledge

    Must be good in English

    No Sales or Targets

    No Night Shifts

    Day rotational shifts between 7 am to 9 pm only

    5 days working + 2 rotational offs in a week
