Job Title:                   Deputy Manager - Operations

Reports to:                Senior Manager – Branch Operations

Work Location:         All over Mumbai,Andheri,Thane,Mulund and Ghatkopar

 

Main Job Responsibilities

 

  • Scrutiny of Proposal Forms / PHF
  • Supervising a team of off roles staff to performing activities.
  • Resolving queries of Life Advisors, Corporate Agents & Brokers PAN India relating to
    commission/Brokers payouts.
  • Undertaking various projects for system development and process improvisation.
  • Performing and developing various controls to avoid risk related to process i.e.
    operational, financial, Compliance and regulatory risk.
  • Handling customer queries
  • Tracking renewal premium
  • Conversion of Proposal forms
  • Training to Sales Team regarding new processes and developments
  • Data entry in systems
  • Take care policy Servicing request

    Job Holder Specification

  • Graduate/MBA/CA/CS intern
  • Experience: 2 - 8 years of experience
