Experience : 8 -12 years

Required Skill set / expectation:

  • Account Management / Client facing experience

  • Experience / Knowledge in Digital, Analytics, Cloud, ERP solutions

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to engage with key client contacts and C level executives

  • Revenue and profitability growth focus

  • Focus on Client\'s success

  • Interface with client project managers regularly and focus on growth of engagement

  • Generate new business opportunities by way of account mining

  • Discuss and influence client needs, expectations and satisfaction in the area of service delivery

  • Accountable for accurate monthly resource forecasting and demand fulfillment

  • Ability to Propose organizational service offering mapping to specific client needs

  • Completely own monthly billing and collections for assigned area - invoice creation, coordination with client finance/ delivery stakeholders to validate invoices and ensure timely collection of payments

  • Good understanding of project financials

  • Good knowledge of various SDLCs, Project management, planning and organizational skills.

  • Local travel in Noida and working out of client location as required

People Management Skills:

  • People Management, Connect to resources regularly, understand their performance, resolve issues and guide their career growth.

  • Excellent relationship building upto CxO and relationship management skills

Good team player with an ability to become a coach and motivate
