Role Summary : to build a high performing distribution network of Financial Consultants and enable

them to sell Life Insurance policies.

Agency Channel

  • Recruitment and development of agents
  • Generate revenue by acquiring new customers
  • Training and development of agents
  • Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis.
  • Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis.




    • Salary : Upto 2.76 Lpa + Incentives + Reimbursements..!!

    Critical Competencies :

  • Good Communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills




    • Eligibility :

  • Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Age : 24 to 35 Years
  • Experience : 2 Years Sales Experience
  • Locality : 2 Years in Current Location
