Job Description:

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 

  • Licensing of New Advisors
  • Individual Assessment of RDM Skill Levels & skill transitions
  • Enable Advisors to qualify & graduate to the next phase of the learning map
  • Assess the training needs of team in order for them to be highly effective in a competitive environment.
  • Calendarize & execute training tracks of Managers & Life Advisors
  • Sourcing Consultant Trainers
  • Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc., as prescribed.
  • Manage and control expenditure within agreed budgets
  • Compliance
