    Executive - IT Applications Monitoring & Operations control support - Manage Application Operation support thru Event monitoring, ticketing system, job scheduling / monitoring, etc. using HP OV, Remedy, TWS user, Control M, etc. - Daily & weekly & monthly task, health checks, monitoring, housing keeping activities, & proactive restarts - Troubleshooting & resolving all incidents, servicerequest, Problem & trouble tickets assigned as per agreed SOPs. - Experience with telecom application domain for min 3 years - Expert of ITIL / ITSM processes - Strong Skills of Unix & PL / SQL .

    - Deliver on assigned troubleshooting & incidents, service request, Problem & trouble tickets - Ensure SOPs are upto Date
