Job Description:

Organization is a renowned fast food international chain.

Location : Noida/ Greater Noida

Designation : AM - IT Support

Job Purpose :

- Candidate should have the overall responsibility of Hardware and Software

- Implementation, Server/Desktop OS Support, Application Support, Barcode handhelds, Network and WIFI Support, unified communications and collaboration Support, Data center maintenance and installation knowledge of SAP.

Key Accountabilities :

- Should have the ability to acquire business acumen in no time and identify business requirement and adding value to the business by delivering the requirement on time

- Should have knowledge on Hardware & Software.

- Should be familiar with Windows Server 2003 & 2008 administration.

- Should be capable of handling Mini Datacenter.

- Should have Exposer in Implementation.

- Knowledge of SQL server.

- Provide management with a set of measures covering.

a. Support level SLA

b. IT driven Business projects

c. Compliance and IT Audit at allocated geographical location

d. Service reliability and performance.

- Building and managing Strong IT Infrastructure.

a. Identifying and Designing the needs of IT infrastructure for business support.

b. Ensure existing Infrastructure is scalable and available for business operation.

c. Coordinate with vendors and business partner to maintain the uptime of infrastructure

- Work with Service Partner and ensure SLA and deliveries are met.

a. Improve fault management performance.

b. Improve the availability and reliability of Solutions, and the technologies that support business

c. Continually review end-end processes, in order to improve their efficiency and effectiveness

Communications & Working Relationships :

Reports to : Regional Head - IT Support

Internal :

a. Functional Teams

b. IT team

c. OPS Team

External : Related Vendor / Partner

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills :

Qualification : BSc. /BE/MCA.

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in IT support across multiple locations

Skills :

a. Excellent communication skills in English and local language

b. Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting knowledge of hardware and operating system.

c. Strong Knowledge on Windows Server

d. Good Knowledge of unified communications and collaboration.

e. Excellent understanding of large MPLS network and different Wan Technology

f. Demonstrable experience of troubleshooting tools and techniques on SAP

g. Experience in handling escalation of incidents to, and in driving incident resolution with, technology vendors.

h. Should be open to travel.
