Job Title: Relationship Team Leader 

Job Description:

Acquire new customer for liability accounts and third party products by effectively managing the sales unit
ü  Manage and motivate the sales team
ü  Strategize on prospecting and efficient & effective approach to these client segments
ü  Cross sell all products alongside the core product
ü  Provide regular training on products and selling skills to the sales unit
ü  Recruit staff for sales unit as and when required
ü  Develop and continuously upgrade new innovative sales channels & techniques to maximize productivity
ü  Implement the sales monitoring mechanism to measure the productivity of the team

Job Description:

Relationship Management :
o Managing the banking and investments relationship of YES FIRST clients and responsible for overall growth of Liabilities & Investment business from HNI segment
o Develop, manage, and expand YES FIRST customer relationships by providing service level which exceeds client expectations of most important customer segment.
o Identify current and potential relationship with additional revenue potential and grow business
? Generating Incremental Business
o Sales targets spread across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, investments etc.
o Proactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial product to current and potential Yes FIRST HNI Relationships

Job Title: Relationship Manager - Indian Financial Institutions Banking - Kochi 

Job Description:
1. Manage and develop IFI client relationships across Financial Institutions (NBFCs) , Various PSU and Pvt. sector Banks, Small Finance Banks , Capital Market Customers, Insurance companies, Authorised dealers ( AD-II and large FFMCs), Prepaid instrument providers ( PPI Licensees) and Mutual Fund segments. 
2. Preparation of credit proposal note/credit assessment and interfacing with risk team for enabling Sanction and monitor fund based and non-fund based facilities to the above clients.
3. Liaise with Risk/Legal/Operations on Proposals, documentation & ensure smooth delivery & execution of transactions and monitor and handle exceptions.
4. Develop relationships with Capital market participants and open Settlement a/cs of such clients with a view to increase CA balances for the bank
