Educational Qualification: Candidate should posses 

i) A Degree from a recognized University/ Institution.

ii) Nine years experience in Executive cadre in the fired of General Administration, Personnel, Industrial Relations etc. in an industrial/ Commercial/ Govt, undertaking.

Pay Scale: Rs. 24900-50500 (pre-revised Rs.13000-18250)

Selection Process: The selection will be on the basis of Written test.
