Qualification & Experience:

• Lead Medical officer

• DGO/ MD with minimum of 5 years of experience in working in community screening trials.

• Gynecologist: DGO/ MD.

• Study Manager: Post-Graduation, minimum 5 years of experience of working in field community trial, Knowledge of cervical cancer screening methods.

• Field Investigators: Bachelor of Social Work/ Sociology.

• Nurse: Graduate in Nursing

• Lab technicians: DMLT

• Co-ordinatior: Post graduate with 2 years of experience of working in field/ community trial.

• Field attendant: 10th pass, ready to work in the field.

Salary:

i. Lead Medical officer: Rs. 110000 per month

ii. Gynecologist: Rs. 95000 per month

iii. Study Manager: Rs. 65000 per month

iv. Field Investigators /Nurse /Lab technicians: Rs. 20000 per month

v. Co-ordinatior: Rs. 25000 per month

vi. Field attendant: Rs. 10000 per month
