Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) Group D Previous Papers

On the direction of Ministry of Railway (Railway Board) vide letter no.E(NG)-II/96/RB1 dated 18.07.2005, Railway Recruitment Cell was formed in year 2005 for recruitment of Group “D” staff over Northern Railway.

Railway Recruitment Cell, is situated at Lajpat Nagar-1, New Delhi and it is headed by Chairman/RRC, who is assisted by an Assistant Personnel Officer  and subordinate staff.

The Cell undertakes the recruitment for Group 'D' vacancies in Mumbai, Pune, Bhusawal, Nagpur, Solapur Divisions, workshops and extra divisional units in the territorial jurisdiction of Central Railway.

Railway Recruitment Cell, East Central Railway is an organization created after issue of letter no. E(NG)II/96/RR-1/62 dated 18.07.2005 by Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), New Delhi. The letter delegates powers to General Managers of Indian Railways for open market recruitments in Pay Band 1 + Grade Pay 1800/- (erstwhile Group ‘D’ posts). Railway Recruitment Cell, East Central Railway performs the task of such recruitment on behalf of the General Manager, East Central Railway.
