NIT Karnataka invites applications for Junior Research Fellow Post from eligible candidates having B.Tech, M.Tech, GATE qualifications. Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5/10 CGPA) and M. Tech/M. E in Manufacturing Engineering or technology or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5/10 CGPA). Applicant must be GATE qualified.

Age Limit:

Candidates age should be 28 years

Department: Department of Mechanical Engineering

Project: “Improvement in the properties of thermally sprayed Hydroxyapatite bio-ceramic coating reinforced with nanostructured materials”

Pay Scale:

• Rs. 31,000 per month for first two years and 31,000/month for first two years and

• Rs. 31,000 per month for first two years and 35,000/month for third year

Selection Process:

On the basis of Interview.
