Walk in for SRF & DEO Posts in NIIH, Mumbai, Maharashtra on a Temporary Basis. Candidates are invited by National Institute of Immunohaematology (ICMR-NIIH) to attend walk-in-interview to be held on 24 May 2019 from 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM for 5 vacancies.

• Qualification & Experience for Senior Research Fellow

Project: “Incidence of Imatinib resistance and associated BCR-ABL kinase domain mutations among Chronic Myeloid Leukemia patients in North East Indian population"

• Qualification & Experience for Senior Research Fellow

Project: ‘‘Assessing the role of micro RNA in clinical severity of Thalassemia patients, and in hydroxyurea mediated HbF induction’’

Qualification: 1 st class in post graduate degree in basic Sciences (Life Science/ Biotechnology/ Genetics/ Microbiology) with NET qualification and 2 years research experience

• Qualification & Experience for Senior Research Fellow

Project: ‘‘Role of Erythroid Kruppel-Like Factor (EKLF or KLF1) in hemoglobinopathies’’

Qualification: M.Sc. in Life Science / Microbiology / Genetics / Molecular Biotechnology / Biochemistry with NET qualification with 2 years research experience.

• Qualification & Experience for SRF &DEO

Project: "Study of Hemoglobinopathies and G6PD Deficiency among Tribals of Tamilnadu” 

Qualification:

• SRF: 1st class in postgraduate degree in basic Sciences (Life Science/ Biotechnology/ Genetics/ Microbiology) with NET qualification and 2 years of research experience.

• DEO: HSC (10+2) with 2 years experience in Data Entry work in Govt. Autonomous, PSU. A speed test or less than 1500 key depression per hour through speed test on computer.

Stipend:

• Senior Research Fellow: Rs. 28,000 + 30% HRA. (SRF without NET Qualification may be considered on an emolument of ₹14000/ ₹18000 + HRA.)

• Data Entry Operator: Rs. 18,000 per month
