 NIRT Chennai Vacancy Details:

Total No. of Posts: 03 Name of the Post: 1. Scientist B (Immunology): 01 Post 2. Scientist B (Statistics): 01 Post 3. Scientist C: 01 Post 4. Scientist D: 01 Post (has been Cancelled)

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be not exceeding 35 years for Post No. 01 & 02, 40 years for Post No. 03 and 45 years for Post No. 04. Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for Government Servants & other relaxation details refer the notification.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should posses MBBS recognized by MCI or 1st class Master’s degree in Immunology/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology or 2nd class M.Sc. + Ph.D degree in Immunology/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology for Post No. 01, First Class Master’s degree in Statistics or Second class M.Sc.in Statistics + Ph.D. in Statistics for Post No. 02 with relevant experience & other qualification details refer the notification.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on personal discussion/ interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 500/- through Crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) or Demand Draft from a nationalized bank payable to the Director, National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis, Chennai. No fee for SC/ ST/ women and physically handicapped candidates.
