Educational Qualification: Candidate should posses 

1. Program Manager (Accounts And Administration): Master's degree in Social Sciences or Commerce or Sciences. In the case of bachelor’s degree holders, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the relevant field.

2. Research Associate- Post-Doctoral: Ph.D. degree in any branch of Social Sciences. Candidates who have submitted Ph.D. can also apply with a provisional certificate of completion.

3. Research Associates: Master's degree in any branch of Social Sciences including Social Work and Women/ Gender studies. Also, Law graduates and Graduates with a background in rural management, Information technology, population studies, agriculture, soil, and water engineering can also apply.

4. Research Assistants: Master's degree in Social Sciences or Social Work/ Women Studies/ Gender Studies and preferably some exposure in the social development sector/ program evaluation/ social mobilization/ gender sensitization/. Social entrepreneurship/ skill development programs/

Remuneration: Program Manager (Accounts And Administration): Rs.30,000. Research Associate- Post Doctoral: Rs.50,000, Research Associates: Rs.40,000, Research Assistants: Rs.25,000
