 Enterprise Application (SM/ AVP) 

  Job Description: • Engage with Business functions (Marketing and Corporate Communications) and understand their requirement. 
• Conducting feasibility studies and developing solutions to transform the Bank
• Engage with vendors/implementation partners and design/present architecture design to Management prior to project initiation.
• Preparing project plans, checklists & ensure timely delivery
• Involved in the maintenance and modification of existing applications to grow and run the Bank.
• Good experience & well-versed in managing enterprise wide application migrations and deployments
• Implementation of best practices of the digital solutions.
• Managing Internal Audits & Risk Assessment documents 
• Should have good analytical and reporting skills 

Branch Head -

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Targets:-
o Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Targets of the branch
o New Customer Acquisition Targets of the branch
o Product wise targets of the branch
o Team Member Productivity Targets
o Any other targets that will be issued from time to time

• Team Management & Leadership:-
o Recruitment as per approved budget & ensuring overall hi-quality & hi-performance team with minimal attrition. 
o Implement & YES Values (incl. Yes Personality Standards) & hi-quality professional Work Culture among team.
o Regularly Track and Monitor team activities & action plans; actively support & guide team in achieving their plans. 
o Implement a medium-term plan to steadily enhance the knowledge & skills of team members & groom / develop them for taking on higher responsibilities in future; Personally conduct / arrange Staff Training on various products, new initiatives, circulars etc.

• Business Development:-
o To meet & engage with various stake-holders (internally & externally) to create business opportunities for the branch; Conduct customer engagement programs and marketing events to further our business objectives.
o To make & execute monthly business action plans for the branch

• Other Important Aspects:-
o Comply with Bank’s policies and processes
o Ensure meeting internal and external regulatory & compliance requirements (especially AML); ensure all audits result is good ratings without any outages. 
o Flawless & Timely Execution of various initiatives that will be launched by the bank from time to time
o To keep oneself fully abreast of business environment, current affairs, emerging regulatory environment etc. & also to keep entire team fully updated on various relevant changes / happenings (internal & external) as may be relevant to our rob-roles.
o To implement various initiatives of Yes Bank with utmost sincerity in both letter & spirit.
o Personally involve oneself to receive & resolve customer complaints, if any.
