Upper Division Clerk: 2. Regular Upper Division Clerk of ICAR Hqrs./ Institutes. LDCs of ICAR Hqrs. Institutes having at least 8 years of regular service in the grade on the date of issue of this circular. (Crucial date will be considered as per ICAR 

Pay Scale: Level 4 of the pay matrix (PB-I Rs.5200­-20200+GP Rs.2400)
