Assistant General Manager (Credit) - Candidate should be a Graduate in any faculty with CAIIB. Professional qualifications such as C.A./I.C.W.A./C.S./MBA will be an added advantage. He/she should be around 45 years of age with minimum 15 years of experience in banking, of which at least 7 years in Senior Management position, with a major thrust on Credit, Trade Finance.
Assistant General Manager (IT) - Candidate should be B.E. in Computer Science/Electronics/ Electronics & Tel. Comm./IT from recognized University with Minimum 5 years hardcore experience in Data Centre Management, Hardware Maintenance, Technical Evaluation, testing, implementation of various I.T. projects with hands on experience in Networking Systems Management.
Manager (HR) - Candidate should be a Graduate with MBA/MMS(HR)/Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Management with minimum 10 years of experience in banking of which 5 years in HR function as Asstt.Manager/Dy.Manager and would be responsible for talent management (Training), Organization capacity building, performance management, employee engagement, employee grievances handling, compensation & benefit, Talent acquisition (Recruitment & Selection), statutory compliance and HR policies and Procedures, succession planning, recruitment, selection process and well versed with HR activities.
Branch Manager - Candidates should be a Graduate in any faculty. Professional qualifications such as CAIIB/C.A./I.C.W.A./C.S./M.B.A. will be an added advantage. He/She should have minimum of 4-5 years experience in any reputed Commercial / Co-op. Bank as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager of a medium / large size branch.
Manager (Legal) - Candidate should be a Graduate in any faculty with LLB/LLM. CAIIB will be added advantage. He/She should have minimum of 4-5 years experience in Recovery matters under MCS Act, 1960, before Dy.Registrar, Div. Jt. Registrar, Co-op. Courts, Civil Court, High Court and matters under SARFAESI Act in DRT Court. Handling all correspondence regarding recovery and general matters.
Network / System Administrator  - Candidate should B.Sc (IT) / BCA / BE / B-Tech / MCSE / CCNA / CCNP with above 3 years experience in IT Network / System Administration. Candidates should have knowledge in Windows / Linux OS Management, Patch Management, Cluster Creation and Management, Domain Management and VMWare, should be independently able to configure Routers, Switches, Firewall, Servers
Software Developer / Programmer - Candidate should be B.Sc (IT) / BCA / BE / B-Tech with above 3 years experience in full stack Software development + Candidate should have strong knowledge in Java 8 and well versed in .NET technologies, Strong exposure SQL Server (Queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Joins, Constraints, User defined functions, SQL Jobs Transactions, data modeling), Familiar with SQL Reporting Services or crystal report is a plus, Experience in Installation, creation of Database clusters under MS SQL & Oracle.
Assistant Manager (Estate) - Candidate should be Degree / Diploma holder in CIVIL Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in Designing, Interior Decoration and Construction.
Age Limit:

Candidates Age should not exceed (For Post 1, 2 - 45 Years), (For Post 3, 4, 8 - 40 Years), (For Post 5 - 45 Years), (For Post 6, 7 - 30 Years). Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules
