Financial Advisor

Officers under the Central / State / U.T. Governments / University / Statutory / Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations.

(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or

(ii) With five years regular service from Organized Accounts Services in the grade pay of Rs. 7600 or

(iii) Officers with Five years regular service at the level of Deputy Secretary of Central Government in the grade pay of Rs. 7600 and having THREE years experience in the field of Finance and Accounts.

Chief Librarian

Officers under the Central / State /U.T. Governments / Universities / Statutory, Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development organisations holding analogous posts on regular basis with at least 5/8 years of regular service in the post in the scale of Rs. 3700-5000 (PB-3 with G.P of Rs.7600) / Rs.3000-4500 (PB3 with G.P of Rs.6600) respectively or equivalent and possessing the following qualifications and experiences:

Essential: (i) At least a second class Master’s Degree in Science (preferably in Biological Sciences) of a recognized University or equivalent;

(ii) Degree or equivalent Diploma in Lib. Science of a recognized Institution or University; and

(iii) 7 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a library of standing.

Chief Nursing Officer

Officers of the State / Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous bodies :

i. Holding analogous posts. OR

ii. with 5 years of regular service in the post in the relevant field in the PB-3 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/-

Nursing Superintendent

Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts.

Chief Medical Social Service Officer

Officers of the Central/State Govts./Union Territory Administrations or of Autonomous/Statutory bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years of regular service in a post in the scale of Rs.2200-4000 (PB-3 with GP of Rs.5400) and possessing the following qualifications and experience :

(i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.

(ii) Master’s Degree in Professional Social Work from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent; and

(iii) Twelve years of teaching/research/professional experience in a Medical Institution/Organisation in the of Medical social work preferably Rehabilitation of orthopaedically handicapped persons.

Executive Engineer (Electrical)

Executive Engineers (Elec.) or Asstt. Engineers (Elec.) with 8 years of regular service in that grade, from CPWD. In the event of suitable candidates not being available from CPWD similar officers from other Engineering Departments of the Central Government or Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies shall be considered

Officers of the Police Departments of the Central/State/U. T Govts or Officer of the Para Military Forces, holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5/8 years of regular service in the scale of Rs. 2200- 4000(PB-3 with GP of Rs.5400)/Rs.2000- 3500(PB-2 with GP of Rs.4800/4600) or respectively and preferably having experience connected with security, handling agitations/strikes of employee

Public Relation Officer

Officers under the Central/State/UT Governments or Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Central Public Sector Undertakings holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5/8 year’s regular service in the Pay Scale of Rs.2200-4000(PB-3 with GP of Rs.5400)/Rs.2000-3500 (PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4800) respectively or equivalent and having the following :

i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.

ii) Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism/Public Relations and

iii) Not less than 7 years of experience out of which atleast 5 years in supervisory capacity in Public Relations/Publicity, Printing and Publishing.

Assistant Nursing Superintendent

Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis;

(i) B. Sc. Nursing (4 year course) from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute/University.

Experience Six years’ experience after B.Sc. (PostCertificate / B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Basic) or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute in a minimum 200 bedded Hospital / Healthcare Institute as Staff Nurse, out of which at least 3 years as a Ward in-charge or Supervisory capacity.

Administrative Officer

Officers under the Central Govt., U.T. Administrations or of Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous post or with at least 3/5 of service in posts in the pay scale of Rs.2000-3500/-(PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4800) / Rs.2000-3200 (PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4600) or equivalent respectively and having a Degree and experience in administration and establishment matters and also preferably in Accounts matters. Officers possessing MBA or PG Diploma in Personnel Management shall be given preference

Store Officer

Officers of Central/State/U. T. Govts. failing which Officers of Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 3/5 years of regular service in the scale of Rs. 2000-3200 (PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4800) / 1640-2900 (PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4600) and possessing the following:

(i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent;

(ii) Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management of a recognized University/Institution or equivalent; and

(iii) Not less than 5 year’s experience in a supervisory capacity in handling stores, preferably medical.

Security Officer

Officers of the Police Departments of the Central/State/U. T Govts or Officer of the Para Military Forces, holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 7 years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs.1640-2900(PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4600) preferably having experience connected with security, handling agitations/strikes of employees

Senior Hindi Officer

Officers from the Central / State Govt. / UTs :-

(a)(i) Holding an analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or

(ii)With 5 years of regular service in the Grade after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Pay Band 2, of Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4200/-; and

(b) Possessing the following qualifications and experience:

Essential (i) Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level.

(ii) 10 year’s of experience of terminological work in Hindi and/or translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa, preferably of technical or scientific literature.

Assistant Engineer (A/C & R)

Officers of the CPWD holding the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) or with 8 years of service as Jr. Engineer (Electrical) and possessing at least 3 years of experience in A/C. & Refrigeration. In the event of a suitable candidate not being available from CPWD, officers in the pay scale of Rs.2000-3500/- (PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4600/4800) or equivalent or with 8 years service in the pay scale of Rs. 1400-2300/- (PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4200) or equivalent from other Central Govt. departments or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies and possessing the following qualifications shall be considered:

i) A Degree in Mechanical Engineering; or at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with specialized course in Refrigeration and Air conditioning or equivalent, and

ii) Experience of not less 5 years in air conditioning and refrigeration.

Assistant Engineer for Vigilance Cell (Civil)

• Officers under Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/Statutory/Auton omous Bodies or Research and Development Organisations holding analogous posts on regular basis Or

• Jr. Engineer (Civil) with 5 years of regular service in the grade

Librarian (Grade-I) (Documentalist)

Officers of the Central/State U.T. Governments or Officers of the Central Autonomous Statutory Bodies or Public Sector Undertaking.

(A) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis or

(ii) Posts in the scale of Rs. 1640- 2900 (PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4200) with 3 years of regular service in the grade; and

(B) Possessing the following qualification: (i) M. Sc./M.A./M.Com Degree; and (ii) Bachelor’s degree in Library Science; and

(iii) Experience in acquisition of books, periodicals and documentation work in a Medical or other library of standing.

Senior Sanitation Officer

Officers of the Central/State/U.T. Governments or Officers of Central Autonomous/Statutory/Local Bodies or Public Undertakings.

(a) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or

(ii) A post in the pay scale of PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4200 with 3 years of regular services in that grade and

(b) Possessing the following qualifications and experiences. Essential 1. Certificate in Sanitary Inspector’s Course;

2. Experience in Sanitation of an Institution or Hospital of repute for not less than 12 years of which at least 5 years shall be in a supervisory capacity.

Officers of the Central / State / U.T. Governments or Central Autonomous / Statutory / Local Self Government Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings.

(a) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
