The mobile Web application consists of mobile Web forms that are the building blocks of a mobile Web application. In addition, the mobile Web application consists of mobile Form controls that you can add to the mobile Web forms. The mobile Web controls are used to display text and images, accept input from users, and display the output to the user. The following section discusses these components in detail.
The Mobile Web Forms
When you create a mobile Web application in Visual Studio .NET, the application contains a mobile Web form by default. A mobile Web form is a container control in the toolbox that you can use to hold other controls. The mobile Web form is similar to an ASP.NET Web form except for the size of the mobile Web form, which is far smaller than the ASP.NET Web form. In addition, the mobile Web form comes as a control in the Mobile Web Forms toolbox. Figure shows the Mobile Web Forms toolbox with a Form control selected.

To add a mobile Web form to your application, drag the Web Form control to the MobilePage control. The MobilePage control is another container control that contains all mobile Web forms included in the application. You can include as many mobile Web Form controls to a MobilePage control as you need. Figure shows the MobilePage control with a mobile Web Form control.
