Tableau Dashboard - Tableau

What is a Tableau Dashboard?

The consolidate demonstration of many worksheets and all other related information at a single place is known as a Tableau Dashboard. To monitor and compare different types of data simultaneously Tableau dashboards are used. Dashboards are shown as tabs at the bottom of the workbook and they usually get updated with the most recent data from the data source. Views from the worksheet can be added in the workbook while supporting the objects like text areas, web pages and images.

When each view is added to the dashboard it is connected to its corresponding worksheet. So when the worksheet is modified, the dashboard is updated and when the view is modified in the dashboard, the worksheet is updated.
