Each company will develop paperwork systems to meet internal needs for information and control, and to assist in managing sale force operations. However, all documents(whether for manual completion or for use in computer-based sales controls and reporting systems) should be designed with ease of comprehension and administrative compliance in mind, to minimize time given to administration, to facilitate/promote action,and to standardize systems and procedures internally.
