Congratulations! You've made it all the way through the project Planning process. I warned you early on that Planning was a lengthy process. But it's a process that's well worth the effort because this process is critical to the success of the project. It's your map throughout the course of the project, and it needs to be updated on a regular basis.

All of these documents together make up the project plan. Remember that the goals and objectives and the assumptions and constraints are contained within the scope statement. The roles and responsibilities chart is also part of the scope statement, and this outlines everyone's responsibility on the project. If your plan is lengthy, you could add a table of contents in the front to direct readers to the pages they're interested in, for example the roles and responsibility chart.
