How to Email Workbooks in MS Excel 2010?

MS Excel allows to email the workbook very easily to anyone following the below steps.

  • Choose File » Save and Send. It basically saves the document first and then the emails.

  • Click on Send using E-mail if your email system is configured. In the New Email Window, MS Outlook will open with the file as attachment. This workbook mail can be sent to anyone with valid email address
