Etiquettes create a positive impression in the minds of people when followed properly. They make a person to behave professional and respond to situations in the most appropriate manner possible.

The word “etiquette” came from the old French term estiquette which means “ticket, label” where they practice carrying cards that has instructions on how to maintain proper behavior in courts. Later on, the high class people started using this method.

Now, they are including additional information such as different courses, roadmap, where to park their carriages etc. A set of instructions were written on the entrance doors of public houses on what conduct they expect from their visitors.
