You can extend the Ember application by using the Ember.Application class to declare and configure the objects which can be used to build your application.
Application generates the Ember.ApplicationInstance class when running the program to be used managing its elements and acts as owner for instantiated objects. Further, the Ember.Application class provides the application and the Ember.ApplicationInstance class to manage its state.
