What are Structured Interviews?

In the structured Interviews, the interviewer solicits a set from close-finished questions that have been institutionalized by the business and won't go amiss or ask illumination on the interviewee's answers. These Interviews are led when the quantity of hopefuls is high and the goal is to screen candidates according to the organization's prerequisites.
