Work culture bigger attraction than salary hike: Survey

A recent survey found that, employees prefer good work culture rather than salary hike. Over 90 percent of surveyed participants believe that they would not accept working for a company that offered a big salary hike but was reviewed as having a bad work culture. Job candidates will prefer to choose an offer with good company culture and strong HR practices.

Work culture bigger attraction than salary hike

Over 68 percent of the respondents believe top management will be blamed if a company's work culture is seen as bad. It was also found that 65 per cent respondents would choose a company that actively advertised its work culture in comparison to a company that did not highlight its corporate culture.
