Who should be joining a start-up

If you have niche skills: Here quality is important than quantity. They look for the candidates with specific talent and core competencies. If you love to wear more than one hat! : If you are expecting a traditional corporate environment with specific roles then a start-up is not fit for you. Multitasking would be expected as per the situations. If lack of a fixed business structure doesn't bother you: A start-up is growing firm and expansions take place every day as per their requirements and market needs.
