Warning letter is used to address the issue regarding the performance of the employee. under certain situations the warning letter will be issued against employee such as not satisfactory, performance or not attending to work for a long time, their misconduct might leave a negative impact on whole team usually employees are employed for specific role their absenteeism make the whole project pending which might lead to losses to prevent it and make the employee work the HR are team will issue a warning letter to make employee responsible. If the issue still persists a second warning will be sent to the employee might lead to removal from their job .there are no guidelines for the issuing of the warning letter.

Not complying with the managers or team leaders
