Management that are post graduate and graduate students are considered for both technical and non-technical customer care executive position. In some cases, the candidates would be taken as probationary candidates and after training if completed with excellent then the candidate would be provided of permanent position. The job might be shift basis and most of the companies would request to sign a bond or agreement fir a few years.
