PF transfer form 13 is a form to be filled when an employee changes his job and wants to transfer his PF amount. Employee’s who want to transfer their Provident fund amount should fill PF transfer form 13 and submit it to their respective Employ provident fund office through their previous or present employer. To fill the form for PF transfer, every employee should know that UAN number is necessary to transfer their EPF amount. And every UAN number should be linked with KYC details like and bank account number and Aadhaar card. In order to start the claims transfer, you must be a member of the EPF member portal. The registration on the portal can be done by logging on to the EPFO India website and access the Online Transfer Claim Portal and register a claim for transfer of PF amount. The login credentials for this portal are the same as those for the member portal.
Form 13 revised
Form 13 revised is available on the internet in many websites. It is important to make sure whether you are eligible to make an online transfer request. In some situations, you may be required to submit the physical form (Form 13) even though you have filled online PF transfer form 13. If you are eligible to make an online transfer, you can Request for online transfer of funds by entering the PF numbers of your current and previous employer. The transfer request needs to be attested online by either your current or previous employer. On filling in the information, a PIN will be generated and sent to the registered mobile number. A tracking ID will be generated to follow up with the progress of the online application. The printable PF transfer form 13 can be saved in the system. This has to be printed and signed and then submitted it to the employer to complete the process of claim submission.
